Competition diets must take into consideration many factors and can leave you very stressed out. My goal is to never let you stress out again over a competition and let you focus on prep/life balance and crushing your workouts in the gym. Competing should be fun and bring out the best of your physique, and I strive to bring every single client in exactly where you need to be to reach the gold. I make sure that every athlete brings their best package to the stage. Plus, you enjoy the process along the way! Longevity is key when it comes to competing.
