There are some movements that are just too good to pass up, these two are in that category.
🐦 Overhead Dumbbell Lateral Raises (I like to call them Turret Raises)
🐧 Hammer Curl to Lateral Raise (slow eccentric for the extra gainz)
Superset these two bad boys and make sure you are keeping constant control over the movements, no rocking.
Usually, I will work into a 4×10-15 of each.
