When I first contacted Chris, I had tried just about every diet out there without much success. I had even been put on weight loss medication by my doctor to try to help me lose the 25 pounds I still needed to lose after having my third baby. I was exercising all the time and tired. I was discouraged and not very hopeful that anything could help me. I am so happy to say that I was wrong!
Working with Chris is the best thing that has happened in the fitness and nutrition areas of my life. I worked with Chris for three months and lost 15 pounds and almost 15 inches from my body! After only a few weeks with Chris, I was able to stop taking the medication my doctor had me on and I continued to see great results! I am actually working out less than I was before but seeing better results because I’m working smarter. The eating plan is easy to follow and fit into my every day life. The eating and workout plans Chris gave me are very easy to apply to my life and I am continuing on toward my goals even though my work with him is done.
Chris is very encouraging and positive and always available to answer a question or to give you the support you need to reach your goals. He truly has a gift for helping people reach the goals they set for themselves and really cares about the clients he works with. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Chris and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their body and their fitness.
