Hey what’s up guys! I am currently about 6 weeks out from stepping on stage at the Arnold Classic. This is a little video from the workout we did the other day. One of my week points has always been my back, so I have spent a lot of time during my “mini bulk” working on building it up.
During this period of my training I like to concentrate more on the contraction of the muscle and overall control. We finished with some heavy reverse grip lat pull-downs, super setting them with very high reps of wide grip seated rows. We transition as fast as possible to keep the intensity high.
These two exercises are very good additions to any back day and can add that little extra you have been looking for.
